## Description

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung der gesamten IT- Infrastruktur im Unternehmen (vom Office bis zur Produktion)
 * Verantwortung für die Installation von Netzwerkkomponenten, Windows Client, Druckern, Telefonie und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Mitverantwortung für die Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit
 * Dokumentation und Pflege der Inventarlisten
 * Fortlaufendes Update des aktuellen Stands an Kunden mittels ACMP- Softwareverteilung
 * Verantwortung für die Störungsbehebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (intern und auf VDI- Desktops)
 * Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Störungen / Anforderungen im Ticketsystem
