 * Sie behalten die Systeme im Blick und sorgen für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb
 * Sie richten mobile Endgeräte ein und verwalten diese effizient über das MDM (Schwerpunkt iOS)
 * Bei Störungen gehen Sie strukturiert vor: Sie analysieren technische Probleme in den Umgebungen und entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungen
 * Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem IT-Team zusammen und bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv ein
 * Sie dokumentieren Systeme, Prozesse und Änderungen in den IT-Umgebungen sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar
 * Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
