Dein zukünftiges Einsatzumfeld

Du unterstützt ein professionelles IT-Umfeld im Bereich Workplace Services und übernimmst klassische IMAC-D-Aufgaben (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete). Dabei kümmerst Du Dich um die Installation, Bereitstellung und den Austausch verschiedener IT-Arbeitsplätze und Komponenten.

Neben dem Aufbau und der Auslieferung von Hardware unterstützt Du bei der Bearbeitung von Störungstickets. Je nach Aufgabe erfolgt der Support remote oder direkt vor Ort.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

 * Installation und Betankung von PCs und Notebooks
 * Installation und Betreuung von Multifunktions- und Etikettendruckern
 * Installation und Bereitstellung mobiler Datenterminals und Barcodescanner
 * Installation und Austausch sonstiger IT-Komponenten und Kleinperipherie
 * Ausbringen, Liefern und Aufbau von PCs, Notebooks und Monitoren gemäß Liste bzw. Auftragssystem
 * Durchführung klassischer IMAC-D-Tätigkeiten
 * Abarbeitung von Störungstickets im Rahmen des BreakFix-Supports
 * Unterstützung bei technischen Störungen per Remote-Support
 * Durchführung von Support- und Serviceeinsätzen bei Bedarf auch vor Ort
