You will evolve our existing design guidelines into a cohesive, scalable design system and create intuitive experiences across mobile field-data-collection tools, internal product and administrative platforms, and web experiences. Working closely with engineering and leadership, you will translate complex, data-rich workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces, establish reusable UI patterns and components, and move concepts from wireframe through implementation. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of systems thinking, rapid iteration, and polished visual design, creating distinctive, intentional experiences built to scale.
