Ensure a clear understanding of business needs and objectives. * Functional Design: Contribute to the development of functional designs that meet business requirements. Create design specifications that outline how systems will address specific needs. * Solution Development: Assist in the development and implementation of functional solutions based on design specifications. Ensure solutions align with both business objectives and technical constraints. * Analysis and Validation: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or enhancement. Validate that functional designs meet the intended requirements and business goals. * Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of functional designs, including design specifications, workflows, and user requirements. Ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date. * Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing including functional, regression, and guiding user acceptance testing to ensure reliability and performance. Support the identification and resolution of issues or defects during testing. * Mentorship and Collaboration: Work closely with other analysts, developers, team members, leadership, and business to ensure effective implementation. Provide guidance and support to associate analysts, helping them to develop their skills and navigate technical challenges. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to improve overall team competency. * Support and Troubleshooting: Offer ongoing support and consultation to address functional/technical issues and ensure solutions meet end-user needs. Provide guidance and direction on production issues. Start to monitor and look into support trends that can be addressed more proactively. * Agile Methodology: Actively engage in Agile development practices including sprint planning, story creation, daily standups, testing, demos and retrospectives.
