This position involves working with SQL Server, SSRS, PL/SQL, and .NET technologies to build reports, optimize databases, and support ERP enhancements. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience with IFS ERP, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. The Programmer Analyst reports to the Director of IT., * This role reports into the Director of IT Applications and has partnership across the broader IT and executive team. What You'll Do: * ERP Development & Customization + Develop, test, and maintain scripts and integrations within the IFS ERP system. + Design and build custom fields, events, and modules within IFS ERP. + Integrate IFS ERP with third-party systems using APIs and middleware. + Participate in system upgrades, patches, and regression testing. * Database Development & Reporting + Create and optimize database objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures. + Write and code databases using PL/SQL and T-SQL. + Build and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). * System Support, Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance + Troubleshoot existing systems and APIs, providing timely and effective resolutions. + Respond to support ticket requests within established IT support timeframes. + Perform user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality of ERP enhancements. + Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. + Manage competing priorities across multiple tasks. * Collaboration, Documentation & Continuous Improvement + Assist in documenting technical processes, user guides, and system architecture. + Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and deliver technical solutions. + Stay current with trends in ERP development, .NET technologies, and database tools.
