## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
 * Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React, and NextJS.
 * Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Jest in modern web development workflows.
 * Experience with AWS infrastructure and deployment practices.
 * Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design.
 * Familiarity with version control systems (Git), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills:

 * Familiarity with Ruby code bases.
 * Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Grafana.

## Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Full Stack Developer for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role., * Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, NextJS, Java, and Spring Boot.

 * Develop user interfaces in TypeScript, CSS, and use tools such as WebPack and ESLint.
 * Design, implement, and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support dynamic and scalable front-end experiences.
 * Build and deploy scalable and secure solutions on AWS, leveraging services like RDS, S3, and event frameworks.
 * Work with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and optionally NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB).
 * Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
 * Ensure application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
 * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
