## About the Role

* Education - Associate degree in ITS related field of study.
 * Experience - Two (2) years related work experience.

In Lieu Of

 * Equivalent work/education experience may be considered in lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above.

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses

 * Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications preferred.
 * Valid Driver's License and an acceptable motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) chart.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 * Ability to prioritize
 * Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks
 * Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
 * Understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting

## Description

Provides advanced technical support for IT systems and ensures the smooth operation of technology infrastructure., * All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference.

 * Installs and configures Information Technology Services (ITS) hardware solutions and software applications for the enterprise utilizing approved deployment tools and methods
 * Troubleshoots and resolves complex challenges related to ITS hardware and software.
 * Clinical and Business Systems Analyst for applications issue resolution as required including during emergency situations
 * Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions including mobile devices.
 * Creates and maintains standards documentation related to hardware and software solutions including mobile devices.
 * Provides training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and software
 * Conducts regular audits of IT equipment and ensure compliance with company policies
 * Utilizes active directory to support the enterprise needs
 * Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

 * This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
