## About the Role

CoastLine Designs is looking for a professional, reliable, and hard-working Remodeler to join our team in Murrells Inlet, SC. We are a 23 year-old, well-established company with a proven track record of success in the remodeling industry. We primarily handle residential renovations with some light commercial.

Qualified applicant will have advanced knowledge, skills, and capabilities in renovating, general construction, home improvements, and handyman tasks. We specialize in bathroom and kitchen projects, however, we perform many other renovations routinely . We complete a large percentage of our needed trade work in house, therefore applicants are expected to be highly proficient in framing, finish carpentry, drywall (hang & finish), painting, flooring, cladding, doors, windows, and more. Furthermore, applicants should have an understanding of plumbing, electrical, roofing, and foundations. To be considered, you need to be able to frame a wall for a new window, set & flash it, restore siding and sheetrock around it, finish the spackling to smooth, and paint all new work with superior quality. Use of some of your own power tools will facilitate additional independence and increase pay scale. Use of your own vehicle for daily transportation to each job is required & some days require stops
at multiple locations.

Paid holidays to begin and 1 week paid vacation after first year. Renovation site locations change daily yet we have an office and a shop we utilize daily. Our service areas include Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Litchfield, Surfside, Myrtle Beach, Socastee, Conway, and southern North Myrtle.
