This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of data analysis and the healthcare industry, as well as the ability to lead projects and communicate findings effectively across the organization., * Work with the insights analysis team in mining complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that have a direct impact on business outcomes and healthcare delivery. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, operations, and engineering, to understand business needs and develop analytical frameworks that support data-driven decision-making * Design and implement robust analytics methodologies, leveraging statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and insights for internal stakeholders, ensuring they are accessible and understandable for decision-making purposes. * Drive the adoption of analytics and insights across the organization, fostering a culture of data literacy and informed decision-making. * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and analytics best practices to continuously improve the team's capabilities and the value of insights provided to the business. * Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are upheld in all analytics practices, particularly those relevant to the healthcare industry. * Other duties as assigned, * Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Quantum Health welcomes everyone.
