* Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of assigned Epic clinical applications and system enhancements.
 * Partner with end users to evaluate workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
 * Serve as a Tier 2 support resource, investigating and resolving application issues while ensuring a high level of customer service.
 * Develop system documentation, support materials, and training resources, while educating team members on application updates and enhancements.
