Areas of Expertise We Look For Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics Large Language Models (LLMs) & Prompt Engineering Business Process Optimization AI Governance & Responsible AI Data Analysis & Statistical Modeling Requirements Must-Have: Hybrid Expertise: Proven experience in Machine Learning projects paired with solid Business Analysis capabilities.
Technical Rigor: Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating ML models and predictive analytics solutions.
Requirement Gathering: Demonstrated ability to interview stakeholders and define precise inputs/outputs for AI models.
Languages: Native/Fluent Spanish along with Fluent English (C1 minimum) for technical documentation and international collaboration.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-first approach to solving business problems.
Nice to Have: Hands-on practice with LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern Generative AI frameworks.
Experience setting up or contributing to internal AI Governance frameworks.
Background in agile product development or IT consulting environments.
