Experteer Overview In this role you will design and govern digital supply chain planning solutions, focusing on SAP IBP, S/4HANA, and AI-enabled platforms to optimize forecasting, demand and supply planning, and inventory.You will bridge business needs with technical implementation, ensuring scalable, secure integrations and guiding the roadmap for digital transformation.You collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into architecture and governance.This position offers the chance to shape a global planning capability and drive impactful, cross-functional change.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Develop the architecture vision and roadmap for the digital supply chain aligned with enterprise goals * Create detailed system designs and blueprints for SAP IBP, S/4HANA and related planning tools * Design integration strategies, data contracts, and APIs for SAP and non-SAP systems * Research and recommend new technologies (AI, analytics) to improve efficiency and innovation * Lead governance and standards for security, reliability, and scalability * Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Oversee end-to-end design for major initiatives from concept to implementation Responsabilidades * 10+ years of work experience in supply chain planning solution architecture * Deep knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP IBP and S/4HANA * AI acumen with direct experience building AI solutions preferred * Advanced communication and influencing skills including ability to drive change * Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical major * Fluency in English, international travel *****%, willingness for international collaboration and late shifts (EMEA) Requisitos principales * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Disability insurance * Generous time off * Parental leave
