 * Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen mit HR-Management-Systemen, Zeitwirtschaftssystemen oder vergleichbaren Softwarelösungen sammeln.
 * Kenntnisse in ATOSS, REXX Systems oder vergleichbaren HCM-, Zeitwirtschafts- oder Workflow-Systemen sind von Vorteil.
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch bei komplexen Prozessen und großen Datenmengen den Überblick.
 * Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für organisatorische Zusammenhänge sowie für die Abbildung betrieblicher Prozesse in IT-Systemen.
 * Der Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
 * Du bist kommunikationsstark und in der Lage, Anwender bei Fragen und Problemen verständlich zu unterstützen und zu schulen.
 * Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine analytische Denkweise runden Dein Profil ab.
