* Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen sowie Anfragen im First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung in Microsoft Active Directory und Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Entra, Intune)
 * Betreuung von Druckern, Plottern, mobilen Endgeräten und Peripheriegeräten
 * Unterstützung bei der Administration von Servern, Netzwerken und Virtualisierungsumgebungen
 * Mitarbeit bei spannenden IT-Projekten sowie Einführung neuer Technologien
 * Überwachung und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur einschließlich Backup- und Sicherheitslösungen
