## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation

 * Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security, idealerweise mit TISAX und DSGVO
 * Erfahrung in IT-Projektmanagement, Budgetverantwortung und Dienstleistersteuerung
 * Hands-on-Mentalität, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit in einer Matrixorganisation
 * Erfahrung aus einem produzierenden Unternehmen von Vorteil
 * Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau sowie Führerschein Klasse B

## Description

* Verantwortung für den störungsfreien Betrieb der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur an drei Produktionsstandorten
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des IT-Teams (aktuell rund fünf Mitarbeitende aus Helpdesk, Administration und Projektmanagement)
 * Definition und Umsetzung der IT-Strategie und IT-Roadmap in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
 * Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft (z. B. SAP oder proALPHA) über alle Werke hinweg
 * Verantwortung für IT-Security und Compliance nach TISAX und DSGVO
 * Einführung IT-gestützter Geschäftsprozesse und Digitalisierung entlang der Wertschöpfungskette
 * IT-Budgetplanung, Investitionsentscheidungen und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
 * Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf und Finanzen
