* Ende-zu-Ende-Teststrategien: Du konzipierst und verantwortest umfassende Teststrategien über alle Ebenen hinweg (Unit-, Integrations-, System-, UI- sowie Last- und Performance-Tests) für hochsensible medizinische Softwareprodukte.
 * CI/CD & Test-Harnesses: Du baust automatisierte Test-Harnesses und CI-Pipelines weiter aus, um Regressionen frühzeitig zu erkennen.
 * Qualitäts-Gewissen: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung, der Architektur und dem Produktmanagement verankerst Du testgetriebene "Shift-Left"-Engineering-Praktiken im Team.
 * AI-Driven QA: Du nutzt moderne AI-Agents und agentische Coding-Tools gezielt für die Generierung, Pflege und Triage von Tests und baust wiederverwendbare Automatisierungs-Workflows für die QA-Community auf.
