 * Administrieren von Verzeichnis- und Identitätsdiensten sowie Datei- und Freigabesystemen
 * Überwachen der Systemverfügbarkeit und Einleiten von Maßnahmen bei Auffälligkeiten
 * Unterstützen der Anwender:innen bei IT-Fragen und Störungen im Client-Umfeld
 * Automatisieren wiederkehrender Abläufe mittels Shell-Skripten und einfacher Automatisierungswerkzeuge
 * Mitwirken an Einführungen von Office- und Kommunikationslösungen sowie an internen Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Erstellen und Pflegen technischer Dokumentationen und Statusberichte
