## Description

1. Du unterstützt bei der Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen (z. B. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
 2. Du übernimmst erste Aufgaben bei der Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden, z. B. Windows-Server, Netzwerke und Virtualisierungslösungen.
 3. Du hilfst bei der Einrichtung und dem Rollout von Endgeräten sowie bei der Nutzerverwaltung in hybriden AD/M365-Umgebungen.
 4. Du arbeitest an der Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei IT-Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support.
 5. Du dokumentierst technische Prozesse und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Konzepten.
