## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung oder Kaufmann für IT-System-Management. Alternativ ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Auch andere Bildungswege sind bei entsprechender fachlicher Qualifikation herzlich willkommen.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Microsoft-365-, Modern-Workplace-, Collaboration- oder Digital-Workplace-Projekten sowie in der erfolgreichen Steuerung unterschiedlicher Stakeholder und Projektteams.
 * Technisches Verständnis für Lösungen wie Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform oder Entra ID.
 * Verständnis für die Herausforderungen von Migrations-, Einführungs- und Transformationsprojekten im Modern-Work-Kontext.
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und Freude daran, Kunden bei ihrer digitalen Transformation zu begleiten.
 * Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. 30-60 %).
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1 oder höher) und gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B2 oder höher).
