 * idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Ticketsystemen,
 * Erfahrung in der Administration von M365 Tenants in den o.g. Teildisziplinen und in den M365 Bereichen Power Automate und Conditional Access von Vorteil,
 * sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (ab Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse,
 * eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.

## Description

* Annahme, Analyse, Lösung von Serviceanfragen und Störungen im Rahmen von 1st- und 2nd-Level Support,
 * Entstörung per Telefon, Ticketsystem oder über Fernwartung sowie gelegentliche Einsätze bei unseren Kundinnen und Kunden vor Ort (ca. 1 x pro Woche),
 * neben User-Support prägen die Unterstützung und Administration in folgenden Bereichen das Tagesgeschäft: Windows-Standardarbeitsplätze und -software, Client-Hardware und Garantieabwicklung (insb. für HP, Lenovo und Dell), Active Directory und Exchange in Hybrid-Stellungen sowie Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration (insb. Entra-ID, Teams, Sharepoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune und Defender Admin Center),
 * sorgfältige Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung aller Supportanfragen, Lösungen und Arbeitsschritte in den relevanten Tools, z. B. Ticketsystem, Knowledge Base, Buchungssystem und Wiki.
