## About the Role

* Praxiserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen: Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, MFA, Administration/Patientenmanagement oder ein Studium der Medizininformatik / des Gesundheitswesens.
 * Systemerfahrung: Gute Kenntnisse eines Krankenhausinformationssystems - idealerweise NEXUS und/oder CGM. Erfahrung mit anderen KIS-Lösungen (z. B. ORBIS, iMedOne u. ä.) ist genauso willkommen.
 * Verständnis für den Klinikalltag: Du weißt aus erster Hand, wie Arbeitsabläufe auf Station oder in der Administration funktionieren.
 * Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen vor Ort: Motivation für projektbezogene Klinikbesuche bei KIS-Umstellungen (gut im Voraus planbar; nie alleine, sondern immer im Team).
 * Kommunikationsstärke & Empathie: Freude daran, Anwendern komplexe Abläufe geduldig und verständlich zu erklären.
