## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Nachweisbare Kenntnisse in ITIL-basierter Betriebsführung (z. B. ITIL Foundation oder vergleichbare Zertifizierung)
 * Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit bzw. Leitung von IT-Projekten
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (insbesondere Word, PowerPoint, Teams und Excel inkl. Auswertungsfunktionen)
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Rechenzentrum sowie im Bank- oder Finanzsektor
 * Kenntnisse gängiger Prüf- und Compliance-Standards, z. B. ISAE 3402
 * Fundiertes Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen und Frameworks wie ISO 27001, BAIT, MaRisk, DORA, COBIT, BSI-Grundschutz und CIS Benchmarks
 * Technisches Know-how im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur (Server-Computing, On-Premises- und Cloud-Anbindungen)
 * Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- (LAN/WAN) und Storage-Technologien sowie deren Performance-Aspekten (z. B. Latenzen)
 * Erfahrung im Rechenzentrumsdesign (z. B. Rackspace, Klimatisierung, Verkabelung, Cloud-Anbindung)
 * Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Durchführung von Marktanalysen sowie Ausschreibungen im IT- bzw. Rechenzentrumsumfeld
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)

## Description

* Abstimmung von Projektparametern (Termine, Informationsquellen, Stakeholder)
 * Analyse bestehender Rechenzentrumsverträge (fachlich, technisch, wirtschaftlich)
 * Ableitung und Strukturierung zukünftiger Anforderungen an RZ-Anbieter
 * Erstellung und Abstimmung eines fachlichen und technischen Anforderungskatalogs
 * Definition von Vertragsrahmenbedingungen in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Bereichen (z. B. Recht, Vergabe)
 * Durchführung von Marktanalysen inkl. Identifikation und Bewertung potenzieller Anbieter
 * Auswertung, Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Marktrückmeldungen
 * Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen (Leistungsbeschreibung, Kriterien, Bewertungsmatrix)
 * Unterstützung im Vergabeverfahren (Bieterfragen, Verhandlungen, Dokumentenanpassung)
