Analyze Xacta system Nessus scans, conduct remediation/system patching and installation of security patches. * Provide quality customer support. Interact daily in person, via email and phone conversations with a large user base to provide Xacta software and Risk Management Framework support. * Develop workflow templates to align with customer business processes and practices. * Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operational performance and streamline customer Risk Management Framework workflow processes.
