* HashiCorp Terraform Certification.
 * Red Hat Ansible Certification.
 * CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, ITIL, Azure Fundamentals, or Agile certifications., * Strong experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and technical requirements.
 * Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
 * Experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and process documentation.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or related CI/CD platforms.
 * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
 * Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
 * Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, and data analysis.
 * Understanding system integrations, APIs, web services, and data interfaces.
 * Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, YAML, or similar technologies.
 * Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
