 * 3-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, specifically within the consumer goods industry.

## Description

* Optimize Logistics: Oversee and route import shipments, negotiating rates and transit times directly with overseas freight forwarders, ocean carriers, and domestic transport partners to ensure cost-effective delivery.
 * Strategic Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor and carrier performance against established KPIs, address supply chain disruptions proactively, and foster long-term strategic partnerships.
 * Data Analysis & Demand Planning: Analyze inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage ERP system data to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
 * Compliance & Customs: Act as the primary point of contact for customs brokers to ensure full trade compliance, audit documentation, and swiftly resolve any clearance delays or tariff issues.
 * Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with sales, finance, and operations to align supply chain strategies with overarching business goals and drive process improvements.
