## Description

We are looking for a Senior Tonkean Platform Support / Workflow Automation Consultant with strong experience in Tonkean administration, workflow automation, process orchestration, integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate will provide L1/L2/L3 support, troubleshoot workflows and integrations, configure Tonkean solutions, and work closely with business and enterprise application teams.

 * Troubleshoot workflow execution, notifications, forms, APIs, and integration issues.
 * Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
 * Configure and enhance Tonkean modules, intake forms, approval workflows, and dashboards.
 * Support business users during UAT, production releases, and hypercare.
 * Maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
 * Coordinate with SAP, Coupa, business teams, and external vendors.
 * Manage user access, security roles, and governance controls.
 * Support release validation and production migrations.
 * Follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
