+5 years of experience creating advanced software packages in enterprise environments.
+5 years of experience managing end-to-end software packaging requests, coordinating multiple requests simultaneously.
Strong expertise in scripting: PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT.
Solid hands-on experience with software packaging tools (e.G., Orca) and formats such as MSI, MSIX, Intunewin.
Proven experience in software distribution platforms: Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
Valuable experience integrating packaging processes into broader IT service and deployment workflows.
Knowledge of networks, databases (e.G., SQL, MongoDB), software development, and API management.
Solid experience working with Agile, ITIL, or similar service management methodologies.
Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Clear internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
