* Betrieb, Administration, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (On-Prem & Microsoft Azure)
 * Administration zentraler Systeme (Active Directory / Entra ID, VMware, Veeam) inkl. Patch- und Lifecycle-Management
 * Betreuung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports sowie eigenständige Bearbeitung komplexerer Störungen
 * Weiterentwicklung und Troubleshooting unserer Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastruktur (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, DNS/DHCP, VPN, Firewalls)
 * Umsetzung von IT-Security-Maßnahmen inkl. Hardening, Monitoring sowie Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten
 * Mitarbeit sowie eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung internationaler IT-Projekte (14 Standorte im Ausland) inkl. Mitgestaltung der Cloud- und IT-Strategie
