## About the Role

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Umfeld SAP SuccessFactors (Inhouse oder Beratung) sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in Einführungs-/Rollout-Projekten.
 * Studium im Schnittstellenfeld IT/HR oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger relevanter Praxis im SAP HCM-/SuccessFactors-Umfeld.
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen und HR-Systemlandschaften sowie Routine in Fit/Gap-Analysen, Konzeption und migrationsnaher Arbeit.
 * Projektstärke: Planung, Steuerung, Koordination und Priorisierung - auch mit mehreren Stakeholdern.
 * Change-Kompetenz: Veränderungen strukturieren, moderieren, kommunizieren und in die Organisation tragen.
 * Soft Skills: strukturiert & methodisch, analytisch, lösungsorientiert, kommunikationsstark (HR & IT), durchsetzungsfähig, verbindlich, pragmatisch, umsetzungsstark.
 * Deutsch sehr gut, Englisch gut.

 * Umsetzungssteuerung: Koordination interner Teams und externer Implementierungspartner (Abstimmung, Fortschritt, Qualität, Risiken).
 * Change & Adoption: Kommunikations-, Trainings- und Enablement-Konzepte entwickeln und die nachhaltige Nutzung (Adoption) sicherstellen.
