Du liebst es, wenn am Ende des Tages Dinge wirklich wieder laufen? In dieser Rolle bist du nah dran an unseren Kund:innen (telefonisch, digital und gelegentlich vor Ort) und unterstützt im 1st & 2nd Level Support - von klassischen PC-Themen bis zu Serverfragen. Außerdem hilfst du bei Microsoft 365, Backup-Verwaltung und führst/überwachst unsere Managed Services.
Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben, * In deiner Position unterstützt du im 1st und 2nd Level Support. Du hilfst Kunden bei PC oder Server-Problemen, unterstützt bei der M365- oder Backup-Verwaltung oder bist für das ausführen und überwachen unserer Managed Services verantwortlich.
