## Description

* Sie betreuen unsere User im 1st & 2nd Level Support
 * Sie übernehmen die Administration und Wartung der bestehenden IT auf der Basis von Produkten der Firmen Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Cisco etc.
 * Sie sind zuständig für die IT- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturkomponenten der Baustoffproduktion und Logistik im Zementwerk am Standort in Karsdorf
 * Sie dokumentieren zur Qualitätssicherung
 * Gemeinsam mit Ihrem interdisziplinären Team schaffen Sie komplexe Fehlersituationen aus der Welt
