 * Administration der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten unter Berücksichtigung der technischen und organisatorischen Anforderungen
 * IT-Hotline und Dokumentation der eingehenden Störungen
 * Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) - Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder Hochschulstudium aus dem IT-Bereich oder eine zur Stelle passende Berufsausbildung, möglichst mit Berufserfahrung
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration moderner IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
 + Windows-Server und Active Directory
 + Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware/Broadcom)
 + Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen (z. B. Veeam)
 + Netzwerk- und Firewall-Technologien
 * Anwenderinnen und Anwender im First- und Second-Level-Support zu unterstützen und komplexe Infrastrukturthemen zu betreuen
 * Interesse daran, IT-Projekte eigenverantwortlich zu planen und umzusetzen
 * Analytisches Denken, strukturiertes Vorgehen sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
 * Teamgeist und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
