AI * Champion AI assisted engineering and set the standard for how tools like Claude are used in daily development. * Define and drive the team's AI strategy: identify where AI creates real leverage in our products and workflows, and turn that into measurable outcomes. People * Coach and grow your engineers, owning their technical development, performance, and career progression. * Work closely with recruiters and the leadership team to attract and hire high potential candidates.
