You'll design these flows in NetSuite, document them into clear work instructions, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the team on the floor to bring them to life. This is a builder's role. It sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, manufacturing systems, and continuous improvement - ideal for someone who thinks in process maps, speaks fluent ERP, and gets genuine satisfaction from watching a well-designed workflow hum.
