## About the Role

* 5-8 years as Business Analyst in IAM/PAM or cybersecurity domains.

 * Experience with process mapping, workshops, and documentation.

 * Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

 * Preferred Skills: Experience with CyberArk or PAM tools.

 * Knowledge of ITIL, process engineering, or Lean methodologies.

 * Experience supporting consulting engagements.

 * This role supports a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) discovery and expansion program covering privileged account discovery, onboarding feasibility assessment, process analysis, PSM readiness, implementation roadmap, and delivery of an implementation-ready SoW.

 * The engagement involves cross-functional coordination across Security, Infrastructure, DBAs, SOC, and Audit stakeholders.

 * Drive process discovery, documentation, and data-driven analysis to enable implementation planning.
