Design, configure, and support identity lifecycle management, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance workflows. Configure and manage Sources, Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, Lifecycle States, Certifications, and Access Requests. Develop and implement automated identity governance solutions using SailPoint ISC Workflows, AI capabilities, and intelligent automation features. Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, Web Services, Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and other supported connectors. Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex
onboarding, provisioning, aggregation, correlation, certification, and access governance issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and optimization of onboarding processes. Utilize GitLab SaaS for source code management, version control, CI/CD deployment, and release management activities. Support compliance and audit requirements by implementing effective access controls, governance policies, and certification programs. Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic IAM transformation initiatives. Provide technical guidance and best practices to project teams and stakeholders.Required Experience: 7 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (SailPoint ISC/Identity Now). Proven experience in application onboarding, customization and integration within SailPoint ISC. Strong expertise in: Identity Lifecycle
