Skillsets: * Gainsight * Follow Up Boss experience. * Experience in real estate technology or Proptech. * Familiarity with Zapier, IDX platforms, YLOPO, or similar integrations. Education: * Bachelor's degree or experience in related field. ## Description * As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide new customers through the onboarding and implementation of Follow Up Boss and related software solutions. * You will manage customer implementations from kickoff through configuration, integrations, data migration, training, and handoff to Customer Success. * This is a customer-facing, technical, and project-driven role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * The ideal candidate combines SaaS implementation experience, technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a consultative customer-first approach.
