About Us ## Description Are you an experienced HRIS leader who enjoys combining technology, strategy, and people leadership? We are seeking an HRIS Manager to lead a talented HRIS team and help advance HR technology for a growing, employee-owned organization. This is an opportunity for a consultative leader who can serve as a trusted HR technology advisor, drive system optimization, lead complex initiatives, and identify innovative ways to improve HR processes and the employee experience. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule.
