## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional software development experience
 * Genuine willingness to work full-stack, including mobile development, with real curiosity to pick up new languages, tools and technologies quickly
 * Solid habits around automated testing, code review and CI/CD, treated as a practice rather than a checkbox
 * Interest in, or hands-on experience with, the professional use of agentic coding tools
 * Autonomy and proactivity: at this early stage not everything is defined yet, and this role plays an active part in shaping the processes and practices the team needs
 * Willingness to work in a regulated space: building health software comes with regulatory and compliance requirements, and handling them well is part of the job
 * Strong written and spoken communication in English, the team's working language (Italian is a plus, not a requirement)

Nice to have

 * Knowledge of and experience with Rust
 * Experience with AWS
 * Hands-on experience integrating and managing LLMs in a product, making their output reliable and measurable
 * Experience developing medical device software under MDR certification
