Desired: * 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead role on Oracle Cloud implementations. * Oracle Cloud development certifications (VBS, APEX, OCI Developer). * Experience extending Oracle Fusion HCM for federal agencies or large enterprise environments (50,000+ employees). * Proficiency with Oracle JET and Oracle Fusion design patterns. * Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for extension integrations and orchestrations. * Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards for web applications. * Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Workforce Management) from a developer integration perspective. * Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies such as OIC and OCI in enterprise HCM or ERP environments. ## Description CACI is seeking an HCM Custom Development Lead / VBS Developer to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization program implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across multiple federal agencies. In this role, you will lead a development team responsible for extending Oracle Fusion HCM using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle APEX, Application Composer, and Page Composer-while strictly enforcing a configuration-first approach that minimizes custom code. You will design custom page layouts, build extension applications that consume Oracle Fusion REST APIs, develop BI Publisher reports, and manage sandbox environments for safe, compliant development and testing.
