## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline
 * Minimum of eight years of related experience with a combination of modern communication system engineering, digital signal processing, or AI/ML comm expertise
 * Experience with developing within a Linux environment
 * Strong coding experience in Python, C++, or Matlab
 * This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. Government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance

In addition to the above, the minimum requirements for Senior Engineering Specialist:

 * Minimum of twelve years of experience
 * Proven technical leadership skills with project leadership from initial concept to project execution or business development experience with the US Government customer
 * Demonstrated mentorship of junior staff

How You Can Stand Out

It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:

 * Software defined radio development (GNU Radio) or experience with USRP or similar SDR platforms
 * Domain expertise in one or more of:
 + Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
 + Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)
 + Electromagnetic Warfare (EW)
 * Experience with best practices for DevOps and MLOps
 * Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
