 - At least two years in comparable positions, demonstrating relevant expertise
 - Proven leadership experience within agile organizations
 - Significant project experience with a focus on successful outcomes
 - Work experience within digital teams and roles, emphasizing digital transformation
 - Expertise in connecting business processes with authorization concepts in downstream systems, ensuring that functional roles are clearly defined and aligned with organizational requirements.
 - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills (English) and familiarity with IT infrastructure, system integration, and consulting methods.
