* 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
 * Mastery of Python and advanced SQL
 * Deep expertise in ETL/ELT optimization, dimensional modeling, and data security
 * Expertise across 3-5 major platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure, or Fabric
 * Extensive CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code experience
 * Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence technical direction in a consulting environment

 * Enforce data security and access control policies across all pipelines and platforms
 * Ensure robust BI integrations across heterogeneous environments (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
 * Serve as a client-facing technical leader, presenting complex architectural decisions to stakeholders
