Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

 * Experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems
 * Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data analysis
 * Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in a collaborative environment
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Knowledge of enterprise systems and higher education business processes
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
 * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, * Experience in higher education technology environments
 * Experience with Ellucian Banner ERP or related higher education systems
 * Experience with system integrations, scripting, or automation
 * Familiarity with reporting and document management platforms
 * Experience supporting cross-functional institutional operations

## Description

This role works closely with functional offices across campus to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, improve business processes, and support strategic technology initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 * Administer and support enterprise systems including Ellucian Banner, Oracle Database, Dynamic Forms, Xtender Document Management, Evisions Argos, and related systems
 * Support integrations, APIs, data exchanges, and reporting processes across multiple platforms
 * Collaborate with campus departments to analyze needs and implement effective technical solutions
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, data, and system issues
 * Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation projects
 * Develop and maintain documentation, scripts, queries, and technical procedures
 * Support data security, access management, and compliance with university policies and regulations
