## About the Role

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications Bachelor's/Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field such as Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in software product development, large IT projects or Cyber Security.
Cybersecurity and PM certifications are advantageous: PRINCE2, PMP, AGILE SAFE, CISSP, CISM, or comparable alternatives.
Fluency in English is a must.
Skills in German and French are an advantage.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation strategies are advantageous.
Demonstrable experience or understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST) and compliance requirements are advantageous.
Proven experience in process improvement and organizational change management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing transnational/international teams.
Willingness and ability to travel to Liebherr sites worldwide up to 15% of the time.

## Description
