## Description

* Unterstützung der Projektleiter*innen bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer IT-Projekte
 * Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Statusberichten, Risikoanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Unterstützung beim Projekt-Controlling hinsichtlich Terminen, Meilensteinen, Abhängigkeiten, Anforderungen, Liefereinheiten, Mitwirkungshandlungen und Budgetabhängigkeiten
 * Organisation und Moderation von Projektmeetings inklusive Protokollführung und Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben
 * Ansprechpartner in für Projektmitarbeitende und Projektleiterinnen bei methodischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
 * Gremienarbeit sowie Kommunikation und Berichterstattung
 * Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten, unter anderem Terminkoordination und -durchführung, Qualitätssicherung, Mitarbeiter-On- und -Offboarding sowie Listenpflege und -abgleich
