## Description

* Du installierst unsere Softwarelösungen und passt sie an die individuellen Anforderungen der medizinischen Labore an.
 * Du betreust unsere Kunden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support - telefonisch , per Fernwartung oder gelegentlich auch direkt vor Ort.
 * Du gehst Störungen auf den Grund und findest pragmatische Lösungen - schnell, strukturiert und kundenorientiert.
 * Bei komplexeren Fällen arbeitest du eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen.
 * Du erstellst verständliche Anwenderdokumentationen und schulst die Nutzer unserer Software, damit sie effizient und sicher damit arbeiten können.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Supportprozesse und bringst dich in Projekte rund um Systemmigrationen und Software-Optimierungen ein.
