* Betreuung unserer Kunden im 1st Level vor Ort und Remote
 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen IT-Betriebs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der bestehenden Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturen
 * Installation und Auslieferung von Clients, Druckern und Netzwerktechnik
 * Administration und Pflege von M365 Produkten
 * Übernahme und Pflege unserer Monitoring- und Überwachungssysteme
 * Findung und Ausarbeitung neuer Lösungsansätze
 * Durchführung von Software-Rollouts
 * Zukünftig gerne auch Übernahme von 2nd-Level Tätigkeiten
