## Description

* First- und Second-Level-Support: Annahme, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Störungen über Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail.
 * Windows-Administration: Installation, Konfiguration und Fehlerbehebung von Windows-Client-Betriebssystemen (Windows 10/11) und Microsoft-365-Anwendungen.
 * Hardware & Peripherie: Einrichtung und Ausgabe von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und Smartphones sowie Fehlerdiagnose bei Defekten.
 * Benutzerverwaltung: Vergabe von Berechtigungen und Pflege von Benutzerkonten im Active Directory (AD) / Azure AD.
 * Dokumentation: Erstellung von Anleitungen und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank für wiederkehrende Problemlösungen.
 * Rollouts: Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollout neuer Hard- und Software.
